Not much went right for me yesterday again,I dont think im doing to much wrong so its just a case of keeping at it and hopefully things can turn around pretty soon.

Whilst plenty can be given chances I dont think this will prove to be a true grade 2 hurdle.Topolski is the obvious starting point comes here unbeaten afetr 2 impressive performances and whilst he could improve again there are horses here who have better proven form.A media luz has not doen enough for me to warrant her price despite recieving the allowances and of the market leaders sire de grugy would be my choice good form lto and still on the upgrade.The horse I want to be with though is desert cry who looks fair value at a double figure price on the form he has achieved recently.He was very impressive at sedgfield on testing ground before stepping up to graded level lto he ran respectably that day despite things not really suit9ing him that day the form has been well franked and I expect another improved performance on a track that should play to this horses strengths.


2.30 radium looks overpriced here I think the jewson at cheletnham will turn out to be a decent piece of form already advertised yesterday with wishful thinking.On that run he has little to find with the market leaders here and I also think this trip is required now.This is always a true test but you still need an athletic type that travels for me,for that reason id be against wayward prince and the giant bolster as I can see them both running on to late.Im not convinced with robinson collonges or master of the hall really and quito de la rogue surely needs softer ground,I therefore have the improving golan way as the danger from the front.

3.05 somersby as most will know is a horse ive got a massive soft spot for now he proabbly is not the best value today in a race where there is little between most of the runners,however he finally gets stepped up in trip and if he improves as expected I think his turn will come today.

3.40 scotsirish looks a fair value pick today been here and done it before which counts for so much and has shown enpough this season to suggest he is in decent form still has a touch of class about him which will probably be neededd more this year against a few potentially well treated horses.

court in motion travelled eyecatchingly well on the decent ground at cheletnahm before not seeing things out in the end and im hopefull that a return to a sharper track is going to bring to suit him best today.One I will be having a small saver on at a price is cloudy two who despite having plenty to find is unexposed and will be well suited by the step up in distance.

battle group has solid handicap form this season and is going to be better suited by aintree than cheltenham I like the fact he is back up to 3 miles and yes he can be quirky on his day but I think he is still on potentially a very fair mark when he puts it all in.barhnill brownie has not run for a while but is closely weighted with battle group and you have to give him a chance however im more convinced with the profile of soufler who comes here a fresh horse afetr just the one recent run in the world hurdle that should have put him right for aintree which is more to his likeinga nd im sure has always been the plan has some high class graded form to his name and Im sure can be competetive of this mark here for his stable that tends to aim horses here from a long way off.

5.25 No selection for me here but ill give keyaza a mention who would be much shorter price if trained by a more fashionable outfit improessive on debut should improve again.
