Easy selection for me today rampant ronnie was a choice last time for the blog and despite being a couple of points shorter today I still the price is ok considering the 2 horses that are at the head of the market both have question marks to answer and for that reason offer little value.I dont think there is much depth to the race despite the large field and im also happy that the selection tends to have one way off racing from the front these days.More exposed than a few but has conditions today again and comes in here in good heart.

Thursday
No luck with yesterdays selections and whilst I was dissapointed with a couple of them im sure the likes of kangaroo court and gold award will have there day pretty soon.
Onto today and its 1 over the sticks and one on the flat for me.Im concerned about the amount of pace likely for the jigsaw man and to most he may be a little more exposed than a couple of the potential improvers here however he looks to have ideal conditions and I think the course should suit him very well if running to his best he should be involved at the finish and could outclass a few here especially as there are plenty of question marks about a few of the market leaders here.
I thought Guinee seeker was eyecatching enough first time up this season.Todays race wont take a great deal of winning and I actually like the step up in trip today, I dont think id want much more rain as it could make it too much of a test but I did expect the price to be a little shorter this morning and he looks worth the risk.

Wednesday
Last nights selections was not on one of his better days and made very little impact.Some nice field sizes today and a fair bit of intrest for me.

I cant give many much of a chance here and only a couple come here in any kind of form.The fav no doubt has his chance if returning to his worcester form but overall its another horse priced up on connections and is far to short for what he has achieved and this looks a pretty straightforward bet with the mare kings equity who is slowly improving over hurdles.A return to this trip should suit her and a reproduction of her run lto should be good enough here.

This is pretty tough and Spas dancer does not have the best win record, but hes running pretty consistently recently and im hopeful the stiff finish here should help bring out a little more today.This ground is proabably ideal and I think a double figure price is to big here.

Gold Rules looks worth a small bet here at a fair price.Had some decent handicap form in much better races than this last season but has not shown much for new connections this season.Its intresting though that connections are staying at this trip now they have the horse back down in a 0-80.Im sure they are happy with his mark now and it will only be a matter of time I think now before this one goes in.

Nice couple of winners of on sunday and was also nice that the 2 other selections both rewarding the ew side of things.
Just brief tonight firstly I think al qedaaf and taroum will be hard to beat in there races and I may pair them up,I dont think they scream to much value at the same time despite liking there chances of winning.
The horse im intrested in though tonight does have his quirks and I think hes only ever won a couple of races from plenty of efforts however I think theres good reason to suggest the dukes speech can put up a good show tonight against opposisition that have plenty of doubts about them.He shown enough from higher marks to and the run last time after a lay off was ok in the context of this race. I think the drying ground and step back in trip both are on his side tonight and at a double figure price he looks worth a small intrest.

Nothing has made much appeal recently from a punting side of things only a couple of jumps meetings last week and not much of intrest.Today looks a much more promising day with the racing despite being low grade a few races have a nice shape about them,I had a pretty decent size shortlist this morning so hopefully ive made the right choices with the selections.

I was intrested in a couple here but hawk gold has now came out of the race which is a little suprising considering there has been little rain.Osmosia is not the most straight forward but that can be said a bout a few of these and the race he ran in lto is working out pretty well,this course should be more suitable and hopefully he will be a little more handy today the price either way looks fair compared to a caouple of these with similar claims.
3.20 legends lad should be go well but is priced accordingly simply strong will be better going this way and its between these 2,market agrees so probably best left at the moment.
3.50 laurette de lagenes is a strong fancy for me today,has been running more consistenly recenlty and this looks an easier race than his last race as well.I think he has beeter claims than the current price suggests and he looks rock solid to be involved.
4.20 earth planet is a big no for me,Im not convinced with the top horse either so I expect Nicene creed to take this and I dont actually the 7/4 currently available is to bad a price.
4.50 Rampant Ronnie is just preffered here over sweet world,the latter horse is more likely to run his race but rr looks on a fair mark now and if running to the same form of lto he should go close here.The market leaders all dont appeal at the prices and again im hopefull of a decent run here.

Profitable day yesterday thanks to sunday city battling on well to just about gain victory the other horse ran a solid race considering how fast he went early and would have been better with a little more restraint.The pipe horse also was well beaten and its nice to be reading things well at the moment.Nothing appealing at hexham today and Im not upto speed with most of the flat form so it just the one selection a noted horse who has not done much wrong this season.

2nd and a place from yesterdays selections so a little more damage done than the previous day but nice to see the selections running genrally well at the moment.Not a bad card at aintree tonight pretty keen on one and another who ive proably gave enough chances before but does have a bit in his favour tonight.Another point on ther last race which has now unfortunatly cut up a little but Id still be ok to take on the pipe horse who has to improve a fair bit again tonight and looks poor value.

No harm done with 2 of tuesdays 3 selctions rewarding the place side of things,plenty racing to get your head round again today but fair few races with not many runners at the same time.3 selections for me with the uttoxeter horse no doubt being the most solid and looks an ew bet to nothing in easy enough race,priors glen takes on 2 course horses but despite being a maiden still could be better than these I think whilst st oswold made a mess of things last time and is given another chance to show his form.

Very little activity recently on the blog mainly down to time restrictions for myself and the fact most of the jumps action has seen plenty of small fields.I have still been keeping an eye on things though and hopefully I should be back updated on a more regular bases again now and find a few winners along the way.

This looks a pretty moderate novice hurdle and I would not be happy taking a short price about anything here.I thought conellie showed enough first time over hurdles last time to suggest he could be intresting once at the right level.If im honest I did not think that day would come quite so soon as but like I say this is pretty moderate stuff for me and at the prices he is worth a small bet with the likely hood that he should improve from his last run.Seems to handle these conditions and looks a fair price at anything double figures.

At first glance this looks pretty tight and with a couple of in form stables having runners it will take a bit of winning.For that reason I cant understand how you can have a couple of horses here priced up so short.Everywhere I have read today is saying that fitzgutynte is going to stuggle over this trip but for me thats nonsense and on what ive seen its something that is a little overdue,ran well in ptp over 3mile plenty stamina in his breeding and on the way he runs on suggest further is needed as well.I sense the course will also suit well and im hopeful of a good run.

rcam is worth a mention today at fontwell has won round the course and his record 2nd time up is very impresive this however is a much tougher race than ones he has won previously and I dont think there is much value there.
