Not sure if the 5pt loss for yesterday did things justice but think im having one of thoose spells when the marginal decisions are wrong to often at the moment.2 winners from 4 on the multiple I didnt want to overstake that bet yesterday and was just frustrating the way things worked out with seeking power making a mistake early and running no race whilst stolen light travelled well but tired quickly.Iona days ran a respectable race for astable in no form at all and he was not knocked about at all im sure there will be other days for him.Similar comments apply to what a steel who showed enough to confirm my thoughts he is ahead of his mark just he found this test to much.

VB ran well lto over hurdles (ignoring the nhf race southwell) running to a mark which I think gives him a solid form claim here.Today we also have a jockey taking 10lbs of his back which makes his profile even more interesting.Conditions look ideal and despite not winning over hurdles yet I think the price on offer this morning is far to big.Phoenix flight was very close to being a selection but he has been a week finisher at times and his odds dont justify the risk for me and I dont want to overstake in such a competetive race.
