The blogs taken a little break over the last few days theres not been much jump racing and when there has been very few horses of intrest have been running.Had a good spare bit of time to look at todays racing though and a few hoprses I know plenty about turn up so hopefull of a winning day.

celtic ballad has his quirks but on his best form you would give him a leading chance the problem is obviously that is not gurantee with him and whilst I could seee him running well in such a poor event and hes probably not a abd price either I just dont feel strong enough that he is likely to run his race to put him up as a selection.

I think there are plenty here carrying doubts the jonjo horse has to be respected I guess and he may be best caught fresh but hes plenty short enough for one who has basically shown nothing when last seen.Im also happy taking the top horse on after a lay off and similar comments apply to rcam who has not really got the best record despite probably having another arce in him at some point.marc aurele has not taken to fences and looks to be going back wards whilst bennythejets will find this tougher off a slighlty higher mark and has never been the most consitent.This really only leaves me with good old days which im actually please about as despite being in the veteran stage of his career now and most certainly not holding any secrets from the handicapper he looks more liekly to run his race then most,I like the step up in trip the jockey bookings a big plus for me and he swon races this time of year before on decent ground.

Highland legacy is respected im sure the step up in trip and ap on board are sure to help but its going to need to I think as a couple of these are consistent at this level.couisin maggie is also worth a mention but shes not consistent and I think she will pop up at fontwell soon.Burnthill is a consistent type and im not saying shes thrown in here or anything like that but she only needs to run to her mark to be competetive here and that is something most likely richard johnson taking over is no negative for me as she can respond well to pressure and looks a solid option here.

This is another weak event but im pretty keen on Im your man running a decent race here,fisrtly forget last time as he was help up over a trip he does not stay before that he had been showing more zest and im sure there is another arce in him off this mark,Expect to race more prominent today around a course that suits him well and at the prices hes worth taking a chance on.

Frankie anson is a confident choice here I think he still has scope to improve furtehr and this trip around here should suit him a little better can easily see him stretching these from the front and not seeing many other runners.stagecoach amber would be the danger looks well treated on old form now.

9.00 hex
Inner voice has to many doubts after last time to be completly confident about but im suprised this trip has not been tried previously and this is a much easier race than some of his recent races.

I like the ripon race last time that dubai dynamo ran in,he was left with to much to do that day in the end and the faster they go here agin the more it will suit,is still on afair mark despite another rise and there should be so much of a price difference between the front two here.
